Call for Papers: Journal of Environmental and Tourism Education
The Journal of Environmental and Tourism Education (JETE) invites original and high-quality manuscripts from researchers, educators, teachers, environmental professionals, school administrators, policymakers, and other stakeholders working in the fields of environmental education, tourism education, sustainability, and related areas.
The journal welcomes empirical research, theoretical and conceptual papers, review articles, case studies, and innovative contributions that advance knowledge and practice in environmental and tourism education.
Publication ScheduleAccepted papers are published in the journal’s regular issues, typically released in June and November each year. Manuscripts are accepted throughout the year and are subject to editorial screening and peer review.

Authors should ensure that manuscripts meet the following requirements:
- Manuscripts should not exceed 8,000 words, including references, tables, and figures where applicable.
- Each manuscript should include an abstract of no more than 250 words.
- Manuscripts should follow the latest APA referencing and formatting style.
- The manuscript should clearly state the name(s) of the author(s), institutional affiliation(s), postal address, email address, and telephone number.
- Diagrams, charts, and figures should be submitted in PICT, JPEG, GIF, or TIFF format and should be of sufficient quality for publication.
- Manuscripts must be original work and should not have been previously published.
- Manuscripts under consideration for publication by another journal or publisher should not be submitted to JETE.
- Submission of a manuscript constitutes confirmation by the author(s) that the work is original and is not simultaneously under consideration elsewhere.
All submissions are subject to editorial review and peer-review procedures. Authors are responsible for ensuring that manuscripts comply with the journal's submission requirements before submission.
We welcome contributions that generate new knowledge, inform educational practice and policy, and advance environmental sustainability and responsible tourism.
